Refund Policy
ClearedUp sells digital products, including optional personalized how-to guides delivered electronically. Because digital content is delivered quickly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, most purchases are generally final.
That said, we want the experience to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request help.
Digital products and personalized guides
Purchases on ClearedUp are typically delivered immediately (or shortly after) by email and/or as a downloadable digital file.
- All sales are generally final due to the nature of digital delivery.
- If you experience an issue covered below, we will review your request and make it right.
When refunds may be granted
We may provide a refund or alternative resolution if one of the following applies:
- Non-delivery: you did not receive your purchased content after checkout (including email delivery failure) and we cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Material mismatch: the delivered content does not reasonably match the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Technical failure: the file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Where possible, we may offer a replacement, correction, or re-delivery instead of a refund.
When refunds are not provided
Refunds are generally not issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases (unless we can verify a duplicate/incorrect charge)
- Requests made after the review window (see below)
- Misuse of the information provided or outcomes based on how the information is applied

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.
How to request a refund
Contact us with the email address used at checkout and any relevant details (order confirmation, what went wrong, etc.). We may ask for additional information to locate your order and resolve the issue.
